Sivananda Yoga – Morning Express
Sivananda comprises Pranayama practices (breathing exercises) followed by Sun salutations and classical asanas that include a variety of sitting, standing and inverted postures. The morning mantras class is dedicated to Sun Salutations! We have created this class after the success of our Sun Salutations event with Radhika. You will experience Pranayama (breath work) techniques and continuous rounds of a traditional Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) While Radhika chants traditional sun mantras. This is a truly meditative practice and one to try.
Flow Yoga
This class combines gentle yoga, breath awareness, and Yoga Nidra to help you release tension and calm the mind. You’ll begin with slow, accessible movements to support flexibility, ease aches, and connect with your breath. Each pose is offered with options, making it suitable for all levels and body types. The session ends with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation that brings a sense of inner calm and clarity. Gail’s years of experience ensure a supportive, inclusive space where you can explore movement and rest at your own pace. You’ll leave class feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to move through your week with more ease and presence.
Refresh Vinyasa Flow
Begin with gentle breath awareness and mindful movements, easing into flowing sequences that help clear the body of built-up stress. The practice ends with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra to calm your thoughts and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and present. Taught by experienced teacher Gail, this class offers variations for all abilities—supporting flexibility, balance, and strength at your own pace. Awaken Monday
End your Monday with a grounding blend of movement, breath, and mindful awareness. This class is designed to ease you into the week and help you reconnect with your centre—physically and mentally. Liz will guide you through a thoughtful sequence of bending, stretching, strengthening, and releasing. With a balance of traditional yoga practices and modern movement techniques, each session supports flexibility, builds strength, and leaves you feeling calm and uplifted. Whether you’re unwinding from the day or preparing for a focused week ahead, this class offers the perfect reset. Suitable for all levels.
Iyengar Yoga
In following the Iyengar tradition, each week of the month tends to be focused on a different set of asanas – standing poses, forward bends, backward bends, restorative and pranayama. Within this cycle, each class will typically have a theme. Props are used in a range of ways including to assist students to safely approximate an asana, awakening intelligence in specific parts of the body.
Yoga For Posture
This unique Therapeutic Yoga class focuses on combining Isometric Drills with yoga. Elena is a posture expert and may be able to help you relieve pain and build a greater understanding of your body while creating space, strength, and greater mobility. Correcting postural misalignment and activating the gluteal muscles, this class has a strong focus on postural alignment and uses isometric, isokinetic muscles activation, and muscle energy technique in yoga.
Fascial Freedom
This deeply therapeutic class blends gentle stretching with targeted myofascial release using massage balls and small bolsters. Guided through slow, mindful movements and pressure techniques, you’ll ease tightness in the fascia—your connective tissue—while lengthening the spine and calming the nervous system. Ideal for all levels, this class supports pain relief, better posture, improved flexibility, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re managing chronic tension or simply need to unwind, this is a powerful way to reset body and mind. Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a strong, dynamic style of yoga rooted in tradition. This 1.5-hour led class guides you through the first half of the Primary Series (up to Navasana/Boat Pose) with a focus on breath (vinyasa) and safe alignment. It’s suitable for beginners with a good level of fitness and intermediate students. Taught by a certified teacher trained in India, this class helps build strength, flexibility, and concentration through a moving meditation. Please note: this class is not recommended for absolute beginners, those with significant mobility limitations, or pregnant students. If you’re ready to commit to a steady practice and explore traditional yoga in a supportive setting, this class offers a strong, rewarding foundation.
Modern Therapeutic Vinyasa Flow
This class is a hybrid of pranayama (breathing practice), Vinyasa Flow Yoga, neuro-hacks and therapeutic exercise methods. Each class takes you through a balanced sequence to iron out all the tightness held in your body, strengthen your core and reset and invigorate your nervous system, leaving you in optimal condition to take on your life. It’s the perfect blend of traditional yoga and modern exercise science.
Week Day Wind Down
Finish up your work week with this Yin/Yang style of class. Washing away the working week and setting you up for a regenerating weekend. Eli’s classes are a deep dive into all elements of the self with a focus on intrinsic core stability and finding space in the body and mind. I have no doubt you will feel energised and free of the stressors from the past week and be able to move into your weekend with a relaxed and free inner-being, This class is followed by our Free Meditation class, also taught by Eli, and coupled together makes a great way to wash away a busy week, connect and revitalise mind, body and spirit.
Meditation
with Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath
This class will take you through a progressive approach to experiencing and enjoying meditation! With Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation practice and a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath session. The Crystal Bowls can create balance and help to clean out the chatter in the mind, making a deeper sense of relaxation and connection inwardly.
Restorative Yin Yoga
Restorative yin yoga provides relaxed rejuvenation for the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities.
Many restorative yoga poses are similar to normal yoga poses, except that they are performed with the support of props. And hence, poses are passive instead of active. Poses are held for longer to allow muscles to relax and restore the body to its optimal energy level.
Yoga Flow
This flowing class synchronises breath with mindful movement, offering a balanced and accessible practice for most experience levels. Each session begins with warming up through the six movements of the spine, followed by a combination of dynamic and static postures. Options and variations are always provided, allowing you to practice at your own pace and intensity. Pranayama (breathing techniques) will be included either at the beginning or end of class to help calm and centre the mind. The practice concludes with Savasana, a final deep relaxation pose, to allow your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
