PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
The practice of yoga has significantly impacted how we navigate life and respond to different circumstances. Yoga is genuinely life-changing. The path through breathwork and yoga has proven to be a fulfilling and enlightening journey, moulding our outlook and improving our quality of life.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
Originally from Paris, Geraldine is a great traveller who discovered the benefits of yoga and Ayurveda during her travels. Her crush on these practices had a profound impact on her, and the desire to learn and understand these lifestyles focused on well-being became obvious.
An Ayurvedic therapist for more than 10 years, Geraldine decided to begin training in yoga to bring herself into harmony with these principles.
She followed a 200-hour yoga training at the Sivananda Ashram in France, then an intensive 200-hour program including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Cakra, Meditation and Restorative styles in Bali. She also trained in children’s yoga.
TEACHING STYLE
Geraldine instructs classical Hatha Yoga, incorporating Pranayamas, sun salutations, and asana practice. The class covers both initial and final relaxation.
She gives yoga classes for individuals, outdoor classes (walk & Yoga), corporates, and at school for children in French and or English.
Her way of teaching has been influenced by Swami Sivananda, and she loves to add power yoga to it. She loves to see people feeling better and improving their well-being through Yoga and Ayurveda.
