PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
Jill tries to live by the 8 limbs of Astanga yoga and abide by the ethical and moral values and observances of the yamas and niyamas. She teaches a balanced class across the month and within each class, with a focus on alignment. She aims to create an enjoyable environment in which students can find their centre and be grounded, with the space to observe themselves, and make connections between the mind, body and spirit.
