Jill teaches Classical Yoga and Beginners
Jill enjoys people and sharing the transformative power of yoga. As a psychologist, the 8 limbs of yoga provide her an ethical and moral code to live by. Outside of yoga she takes pleasure in her family, bushwalking, the beach and ceramics.
Jill came to yoga during a busy time of her life, raising a family and working full-time. She was stiff, stressed and had a back injury. As she gradually became stronger and more balanced, she began to understand the transformative quality of yoga and the stillness that is possible within.
