PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
Michelle enjoys traveling and discovering different cultures. Constantly on the move and having lived in different places overseas, yoga has supported her through her constant change. She enjoys the mountains, and open spaces and enjoys bush walking and cycling.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
Michelle started yoga as a complement to her squash in 2008 and fell in love with the practice. She completed 285 hours of Vinyasa Teacher training with Yoga Trinity in Canberra in 2013. She continuously immerses herself, deepening her understanding and skills by attending numerous training courses and workshops from inspiring teachers like Kathryn Budig, Gregor Maehle, Danny Paradise and Peter Sanson.
She completed Ashtanga Teacher Training Immersion with David Swenson in Prague, 2015 and recently completed Yin Teacher Training with Sarah Owen in Canberra.
TEACHING STYLE
Michelle’s classes and teaching styles are centred on the Vinyasa practices aimed at cultivating strength and flexibility while focusing on the breath. She relishes adapting the practice to the needs of each of her student and easing them into discovering the amazing benefits of yoga. She loves sharing her passion and love for yoga to her students and so honoured to be part of their yoga practice.
