PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
Rose began her yoga journey in 2004 and has spent the past 20 years exploring and learning various styles of yoga. As a teacher, she is deeply passionate about postural health, while also recognizing that the “stuff of the mind” and the “spiritual Self” play a profound role in overall well-being.
Her journey is also shaped by personal resilience — having recovered from major spine surgery in 1987, Rose continues to explore ways of finding balance and embracing graceful ageing. She has studied with Jill Miller, Eric Goodman, and Christy Lynn Hicks, and expresses gratitude to the many yogis who have inspired her, as well as the dedicated students who continue to enrich her teaching.
