Tania teaches Vinyasa Hatha
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 6 years and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. The benefits from breathing to postures and meditation practice has enabled me, over a short period of time, to overcome a lot of the issues that come with anxiety. More importantly I’ve learned to love me as I am.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
I have completed the 350-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Yoga Trinity, as well as 95 hour accredited international kids yoga therapy training with Zenergy.
I recently began prenatal training with Yoga of birth.
I love sharing yoga. My classes do not require you to be flexible or perfectly shaped bodies. My classes are for regular people who want to grow, heal and get closer to their best selves.
I seek to help you thrive and feel more at home in your body, and develop the mental ability to focus on what you want in your life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
