Transform Parenting is about transforming yourself to grow with your children, developed from Tracey Anderson Askew’s 20 years of experience working with new parents. Our Transform Your Birth course (formerly Calmbirth Canberra) has been the gold standard of childbirth education for the past 16 years, referred to by leading doctors and midwives.

We also offer ‘Keeping Relaxed and Excited about Birth‘, free weekly Zoom sessions for those preparing for birth and parenthood.

‘Thriving as a New Parent‘ is a wonderful 10-week program focusing more on the parents, and creating a beautiful community of support.

Transform Parenting’s parent education, coaching and parent therapy are also offered to keep you well and supported during this important time.
