Haeyoung teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga
Haeyoung practised yoga on and off for a few years to complement running and help her through injuries. She was aware of the physical benefits of yoga but the more she practised, the more she found it was having a profound effect, on not just her body but also her mind and soul.
Haeyoung believes that yoga is not about competing, comparing or judging, it is about you and your journey of self-discovery. She also believes that yoga can benefit anyone and everyone regardless of age, gender or whatever other sports you do.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
Haeyoung completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa and 50hr Yin Yoga training whilst living overseas in Thailand. She loves connecting movement with the breath and feeling energized, accepted and calm after a Vinyasa class. She also enjoys discovering how poses can feel different in a Yin practice and finding stillness.
