Radhika teaches Sivananda, Hatha and Beginners
With our community more than doubling in the last decade, yoga is quickly evolving. It’s time. Our world is changing and the yoga community is starting to shift its attention. It’s a shift from the precious practice of silently bowing and going within to explore more about the inner self, not just yoga as fitness.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
Radhika has been passionately practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching it since 2016. She is a Master of Yoga or Yoga Acharya and teaches classical Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flows. Yoga training and teaching follows the tradition of Yoga practice established by Swami Sivananda.
Radhika has undertaken several professional development training programs in yoga and meditation practices and has completed E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 hour training.
Radhika teaches classical Hatha Yoga/ Vinyasa Flow which includes Pranayama in the beginning and then the asana practice. Class includes Initial and Final relaxation with some Traditional chants at the end of the class. She is an effective and entertaining facilitator and has a strong background as a teacher of Hatha Yoga and mindfulness. She works extensively with individuals, coaching and supporting them to lead happier, more fulfilled lives. Her own style of teaching has been influenced by several well-known teachers from diverse backgrounds and with different teaching styles. She has been inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda. Her aim is to just help people to improve their well-being by practising Yoga religiously every day.
Yoga benefits greatly from the physiological and emotional changes that come with the everyday religious practice.
