TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
My class philosophy emphasizes the unity of breath and movement, encouraging participants to flow gracefully through transitions, mirroring the ebb and flow of life itself. I honour the individual journey of each participant, recognising that yoga is a personal exploration that extends beyond the physical Asanas. My intention is to create a safe space where students can not only build strength and flexibility but also nurture a sense of inner peace and resilience, on and off the mat.
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
I have been highly influenced by my 200-hour Yoga teacher Danielle Begg, who is the founder of The Yoga Impact Charity and a clinical psychologist. I find that I learn from my wonderful yoga students/participants all the time. I also am constantly learning using the theoretical lens of Patanjali’s 8 limbs of Yoga, which I greatly appreciate!
TEACHING STYLE
I would consider my class practice a moving meditation. I love having the ability to create space for peace, no matter where I am, how I am feeling, or what is going on in life. I believe in the transformative power of yoga to bring about harmony in the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our lives.
